The Seafoam Skirt is a ruffled skirt pattern. The comfortable fit enables hours and hours of repeated wear. The Seafoam Skirt has a wide knit waistband and woven lining. There are 2 ruffle options; regular and wide and 2 length options; knee length and maxi. Totally on trend, you’re going to end up making a tons of these. Best of all, no hemming ruffles required!
Lining: lightweight woven fabric like quilting cotton, bemberg rayon, polyester, etc.
Ruffles: fabric that does not fray like knit, tulle, lace, etc.
Waistband: knit fabric with very good stretch and recovery like cotton lycra with at least 75% stretch
