Description
 Fabric Recommendations:
Any fabric will work for these scrunchies and bows but may yield different results depending on the structure of the substrate used. If using thin fabrics and desiring a stiffer bow, use iron-on interfacing for the bow and tails. These use only a small amount of fabric and are a great scrap-busting project! If using yardage, ¼ yard is sufficient.
