Description

Pattern Features:

From basic to completely kawaii, the Umaru Shirt is a unisex t-shirt pattern featuring sizes from little toddler 12/18M all the way up to 16Y, long, short, and sleeveless options for all seasons, and a plethora of customizations (there are thousands of different ways to make it!)

Fabric Recommendations:

MAIN AND CONTRAST FABRICS: Light to medium weight knit fabric with at least 40% stretch recovery: cotton or cotton blend jersey, knit interlock, sweater knit (see notes below*). Horns option may not be suitable for light-weight fabrics.
-COLLARS: Ribbing, jersey with at least 75% stretch recovery. If you are using a knit fabric with less stretch recovery, add about 1/2″-3/4″ (1-2cm) to the pattern piece. Do not use fabric with less than 25% stretch recovery.

*If you want to use a thicker fabric for a sweatshirt version, size up a size, but keep in mind the desired length you want.
