From Project Night and Day, our 10th designer collection, we bring you our first embroidery pattern!! The Project Night & Day embroidery designs are out of this world! With them you can create so many celestial designs. These designs come in small, medium, large, and Xlarge. There are options for beginners, and more those experienced with a needle. The small designs include stars, the crescent moon, a moth and a butterfly. The medium designs include a vine wrapped star, vine wrapped crescent moon, a luna moth, and monarch butterfly. The large designs are composed of a night scene with a crescent moon and star, wrapped in vines, and a fluttering luna moth. There is also a large day design made from a flower filled rainbow. The Xlarge design is a stunning rainbow composed completely of flowers. Use them to elevate any project. Several of the Project Night & Day patterns are perfect for these designs including the Sunshine Scrunchies and Rain(Bows), the Constellation Collar, the Little Dipper Bag, the Outer Space Ties, and the Daybreak Belt Bag. Actually, we can’t think of anywhere we wouldn’t put these designs!
Supplies:
Woven fabrics with a flat weave like canvas, quilting cotton or linen.
Embroidery hoop.
Embroidery floss- Use a high-quality embroidery floss in the desired colors. These threads come in a variety of materials and thickness. We recommend DMC floss in six strands. You will need to separate the strands as indicated in the directions.
Needles- Use sharp embroidery needles in the appropriate size for the stitch and number of strands.
Scissors- You will need a good pair of embroidery scissors to neatly cut thread and trim fabric.
Fabric pen/pencil/marker- These come in many different types from water soluble or heat-erasable. Be sure that your stitching fully covers your marks.

NOTE: This is a downloadable PDF pattern, NOT A PAPER PATTERN. Your pattern can be opened with Adobe Reader and will print on standard letter-size paper (8.5″ x 11″). Instructions to transfer to fabric for embroidery are included.
