Sized 18mo all the way up to teen 16. Uses dress weight wovens or easy to find quilting cotton for maximum cute fabric potential. Materials Needed:

• Quilting weight cotton fabric (available in most fabric stores), seersucker, cotton lawn, dress weight fabric
• 4 sew in snaps
• Coordinating thread
• Sewing machine
• Serger (optional)
• Brooch pin (optional, if you make a removable bow)
